Halo Infinite is relatively new and could have some issue on the games end
I don't believe it is your console, and would give Halo some time to settle in :)
Also be sure that your console has plenty of air! They shut down when they get "too hot"

Hi Austin,
I thought so, but my console has plenty of air and it happened to me once with the Xbox one that it crashed due to overheat and when I turned on the console again it had an error message indicating exactly that that's why I don't think it could be a heat issue.

ArtemioLópez, I apologize for these issues, I know how you feel, it's frustrating trying to play a game we wait so long to play and those issues taking away all the excitement to play. :/
Ok, by the way you describe and all the information which was given, I do believe that might be something wrong with your console. I do have a Series X myself, I played Infinite for a couple of minutes, only to test on my console, but, in my case, such as your brother's, those crashes didn't happen. :/
I do advise you to send your console to warranty, since it might be a hardware issue. :(

But even if this is only on Halo Infinite, do you think is a hardware issue?
I had played other games such as Assassins Creed Valhalla, RocketLeague and Forza Horizon 5 and only on Forza had a similar issue, my concern is If I send my console and it doesn't gets fixed they might be sending me a regular Xbox Series X and it feels like all my time and effort to get the Halo Infinite Edition and also the money goes all to waste

If the issue is not fixable, warranty replaces your console. :) But, I'm afraid that, your best option still is sending it back. :(

I like to repeat Mk11 co op, very often and just recently it is messing up and kicking me out, I message other player and they tell me they are not using wifi either or quitting. Gta is bugging out the same way it has before with everyone kicked from lobby or mission making that unplayable, too. Red Dead seems okay, but nothing works right during the time when Fortnite has a big update in the background, that game apparently has issues now, maybe related. The main issue I have is message not sent error as well as 5 minute loading screens simply opening internet explorer type thing.

Hey Artemio! I have the same issue with my Halo Infinite XSX console. I've tried full resets, re-downloads, signed up for insider hub patches for the console but no dice. Only hard crashes for me on Infinite and I've seen other games (NBA, Forza, Vanguard) have been causing similar issues. It was suggested to me that if it's in warranty then best thing to do is to send it in. I can't imagine they'd send back a standard XSX if we send a limited edition in. But it does say on there support page that it may be 2-3 wks.

The crashing seems to be a new issue. My son and I have been playing on our individual consoles since the launch of the beta and the game/multi-player has never crashed until today for us. Even after hours of playing it wouldn't happen. It feels like something was updated or changed that is causing a conflict.
Before today I have never had a game crash once while playing, but today it has 4 times. I have let the system cool down, I have re-installed, tried a different game type and player size to no avail. This smells like a server response/data conflict.

I am having the exact same issue. It just shows a quick green screen before it completely shuts down.
